Butter Brioche: Unbleached unbromated wheat flour, eggs, sugar, water, butter, raising agent (unbleached unbromated wheat flour, water, salt), invert sugar syrup, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), yeast, salt, thickener (carboxymethyl cellulose), antioxidant (ascorbic acid, natural flavors).

Chocolate Chip: Wheat flour, water, chocolate chips 9.8% (sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla flavor), eggs 9%, sugar, butter 5.9%, leavening agent (wheat flour, water, salt), invert sugar, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), yeast, salt, natural flavors (contains alcohol and gluten), thickener (carboxymethyl cellulose), wheat gluten, flour treatment agent (ascorbic acid).
