What shipping carrier do you use?
We offer FedEx domestic shipping within the 48 contiguous U.S. states, excluding Alaska and Hawaï. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Shipping is calculated on your net order, after any discount code or gift card applied, and before sales tax. In some counties, a sales surtax is imposed (county tax). We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
Please note, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes per FedEx policies.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days, depending on product availability, and ship from our warehouse in Cleveland, Ohio Monday through Friday. You order should arrive 2-3 days after it ships; however, transit can take up to 7 days to the west coast. Delivery details including a tracking number and ETA will be provided once your order is on its way.
Please note, we process and ship authorized purchases only. We reserve the right to change or cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered or ineligible information. We will always contact the customer first before cancelation.
Where is my tracking number?
Your tracking number will be sent automatically via email (or text, if selected) once your order has shipped. You will receive other notifications for delays and delivery.
Provided the wrong information on your order?
If you wish to edit your order or shipping information, please contact us as quickly as possible via email at email@example.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Missing or incorrect item(s) in your shipment?
We're sorry for this inconvenience. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a description of the product(s) missing or incorrect. Please include a photo of your shipment, someone from our team will take care of you.
What happens if I received damaged products?
We will replace damaged items or offer a refund. Upon receipt of your order, please carefully check your shipping box. Though we are always very careful with our packing, unfortunately, damage can occur during transit. If your package is damaged upon receipt, please check the products inside and notify us immediately at email@example.com. Please make sure to include photos.
What is our return policy?
We always hope that our customers enjoy their Le Chic Pâtissier baked goods, so all of our products come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If there is any issue with your purchase we are happy to help. Returns are accepted within 7 days of order delivery. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and someone from our team will assist you.
Please note, we will not accept any exchanges after the 7-day window and we do not accept returns of used and opened goods.
How long before I get my refund?
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the condition of the products and packaging. We offer refunds as long as the goods are in resalable condition. We will then issue your refund back to the original form of payment within 1-3 business days.
