What shipping carrier do you use?
We offer FedEx domestic shipping within the 48 contiguous U.S. states, excluding Hawaii. Shipping costs will apply and be added at checkout. Shipping is calculated on your net order, after any discount code or gift card applied, and before sales tax. In some counties, a sales surtax is imposed (county tax). We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
Please note, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes per FedEx policies.
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days depending on product availability and should arrive 2-3 days after shipping from our warehouse in Cleveland, Ohio. However, transit can take up to 7 days to the west coast. Delivery details including a tracking number and ETA will be provided once your order is on its way.
Please note, we process and ship authorized purchases only. We reserve the right to change or cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered or ineligible information. We will always contact the customer first before cancelation.
Where is my tracking number?
Your tracking number will be sent automatically via email (or text, if selected) once your order has shipped. You will receive other notifications for delays and delivery.
Provided the wrong information on your order?
If you wish to edit your order or shipping information, please contact us as quickly as possible via email at firstname.lastname@example.org . We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Missing or incorrect item(s) in your shipment?
Email us at email@example.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and a description of the missing or incorrect product(s). Please include a photo of your shipment, someone from our team will take care of you.
What happens if I received damaged products?
Though we are always very careful with our packing, unfortunately, damage can occur during transit. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please make sure to provide your order number, proof of purchase, picture of damaged package or products, and correct shipping address. We will arrange a replacement for the damaged items or offer a refund.
What is our return policy?

If there is any issue with your purchase we are happy to help. Returns are accepted within 7 days of order delivery. Please contact us at email@example.com and someone from our team will assist you.
Please note, we will not accept any exchanges after the 7-day window and we do not accept returns of used and opened goods.
